Anastasia received their Bachelors of Art from Columbia College Chicago, with a concentration in journalism and a minor in art history. Their photo-documentary work has awarded them the Penland Summer Scholarship (2010), the Columbia College Manifest Award (2013), and The Alexia Foundation Documentary Storyteller Award (2015). Their efforts in social welfare have awarded them The Kemper Foundation Scholarship (2013) and provided them with the privilege to work with Center for Community Arts Partnerships Chicago, The Englewood Arts Festival, Greenpeace, Habitat for Humanity, Help Portrait, Latitude Chicago, and Behind The Book.
They are currently pursuing a Masters of Social Work with an emphasis on clinical application from New York University.
Their creative work has been featured in magazines and online publications. Their eye and talent has overseen the creative production of International luxury campaigns, online lifestyle campaigns, international advertising campaigns, and TED Talks.
